Exchanges: We want you to receive the right fit. If you need a different size, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any signs of wear, with original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your replacement size will be shipped, subject to availability.
Refunds: Chanell Diane does not offer refunds for fit or size-related purchases. Eligible returns are processed as exchanges. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
