The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and all transactions conducted through Chanell Diane.


Billing & Shipping

Orders placed through our website are typically delivered within 5–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

All orders are shipped via USPS, and tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped.


Processing Time

  • Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders ship within 48 hours after processing

Please note: Delivery timeframes do not include weekends or holidays.


Sales Tax

Chanell Diane collects sales tax based on applicable state tax rates and the shipping destination of your order.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to holidays, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has shipped, these delays are outside of our control.


Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status.


International Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on destination
  • Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days
  • Expedited shipping is not available

Important:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery.

Refused international shipments may be subject to:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees
  • Or total loss of the order

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final (With Limited Size Exchanges)

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Store credits

However, size exchanges may be approved in limited cases.

Size Exchange Guidelines

  • Same style and color only (different size)
  • Must be requested within 10 calendar days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Approval is required before sending any item back
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Exchange Fees

  • A $50 restocking fee per item applies
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
  • If the new size has a higher price, the difference must be paid before shipment
