Chanell Diane Return & Exchange Policy

At Chanell Diane, every garment is designed with precision, structure, and results in mind. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, we understand that sizing may vary. In limited cases, we offer size exchanges only under the following conditions.


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Size exchanges only (same style and color, different size)
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability

How to Request an Exchange

1. Request Approval

Email info@chanelldiane.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Requested size

2. Prepare Your Return

  • Repack the garment in its original packaging
  • Include the original packing slip
  • Clearly write your requested size at the bottom of the slip

Example:
“Please exchange Medium for Extra Large.”


3. Ship Your Item

  • Use a trackable shipping method (at your expense)
  • Send your approved exchange to:

4. Inspection & Payment

Once your item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will email a secure payment link for:

  • $50 restocking fee per item

If your requested size has a higher price, an additional payment link will be sent for the difference.


5. Exchange Processing

Once all required payments are completed, your replacement item will be shipped promptly.


Restocking Fee – $50 Per Item

A $50 restocking fee applies to each item exchanged (not per order).

This fee covers inspection, sanitation, and repackaging and is non-refundable.


Final Sale Items (Non-Exchangeable)

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Undergarments (bras, panties, thongs)
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Post-operative accessories and compression boards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos.

In these cases, Chanell Diane will:

  • Cover return shipping
  • Waive the restocking fee

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Chanell Diane is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
