This is not a DIY process.

We handle the legwork with you and guide you step-by-step through pursuing insurance coverage for up to two procedures when medically appropriate and properly documented.

You will receive a private client link that provides ongoing access to my team throughout your journey. If questions arise, delays occur, or situations change — we are there to guide you.

After Purchase

After completing your purchase, a PDF Intake & Authorization Packet will be emailed to you.

You are required to:

• Download the attached PDF form

• Complete the intake form in full

• Sign the Service Agreement and Authorization sections

• Email the completed packet to the email address listed on the PDF document

Services begin once your completed and signed intake packet has been received.

Please allow up to three (3) business days for our team to review your information after your completed packet is submitted. This review period allows us time to familiarize ourselves with your insurance policy, selected procedures, and case details before providing strategic guidance.

Incomplete forms may delay your case review.
